Has anybody done any scouting? I put up one of my ladder stands today and spent some time sitting. Saw 2 moms and 3 skippers. .

i was on the shelton/trumbull piece today, didnt see much for acorns....but i did learn that after having to much liveations and 3 hrs sleep my natural ground blind looks like this

I didn't see a lot of acorns either.
That natural blind blends in so good that I don't even see it.

yumpin yimeny dude, I gotta stop thinking im 18.AARRGGG.i wandered around for 5 hrs with my 10 yr old nephew that kept telling me the story line of "wreck it ralph " and that's the best I could do.. besides not much for acorns i didn't find much sign either..found some leg bones and a teenie tinie pile of fawn poop or maybe it was the mythical squirrel poop..i think im gonna hit the swamps later in the week
