First hard horned buck

Just now saw the first hard horned buck of the year, small 6 point. Anyone else seeing them without velvet?? It's that time of year again!

Just saw a big spike of a small 3-4 point today, he was in some pine brush watching me, just walked on by like I didn't see him, it appeared that the velvet had just came off!

Saw a decent little buck today. Couldn't tell if It had brow times or not so it was a 5 or a 7 but about 14" wide. Still had velvet

I was only able to check one trail camera this weekend. However, it had captured a photo of a little guy that was shed out on August 26th.

Had a spike and a fork behind house on Labor Day. They still had velvet but it was very thin.

of the 5 bucks I got on camera the other night this 8 was the only one without velvet.

saw three eights and a spike this evening one eight was out of velvet and the other three were in velvet

theres a spike and a nice 8 down the road from me, swore they got poached untill last night. spike had velvet and the 8 completely shed.
