Fine for killing Mt Lion

I know that there are no mountain lions in CT but if there was, and someone shot it to prove they are here, what is the fine/ penalty?

Was discussed before. Something about it specifies no taking of mt. Lion in regs. But of course they dont exhist in conn. So if one comes by amd u shoot it its as easy as explaining that you thought it was a Coyote right. Any problems remnd about how they say there arent in conn
