Got my first deer, gutted, skinned, butchered, and to the freezer. I've been hearing about the venison breakfast sausage. How do I go about getting the skins and pork fat to make the sausages. If I have to go to a local butcher can you tell me where I can find one. I live in Glocester, RI.
