When shooting a fixed 2 blade broadhead, does it matter how the blades are lined up on the arrow? An example, should they be at 12 and 6 as you draw back?
Or can you just screw them on and shoot?

I've been shooting them for about 45 years. I never paid any attention to orientation--just screw then on and shoot.

I like them at the 12 and 6 position because I don't want to see them when I draw. I shoot instinctively and seeing them is a distraction for me. Other folks may think the opposite but as for tuning they fly great. I also use non vented so they are dead silent in flight too.

Thanks all...
I have shot 4 blade Muzzys forever....But I bought some 2 blade DRT BH's and they shoot exactly the same, but with a bigger cutting diameter..

just spin them to make sure no wobble in the arrow such as an insert problem or something. if they spin true will fly true.

I like my broadheads 9 to 3, that way I don't see the broadhead. It's something that I've done for years and feel comfortable with it.
