Any Pa archers punch a tag in the early doe season yet? I wasn't able to make it out Saturday but hope to get out this week.

Hunted this evening in Beaver county along the Ohio River. Not a tail, but sure felt good to be in the woods.

Got a nice yearling @ 11:25 AM on 9/20 while still hunting with my longbow. Shot her in her bed as she was chewing her cud. Nice thing about it, she was 50 feet from the road. Got up ran across the road and dropped 50 feet on the other side, uphill from road. Only thing better would have been the Swedish Bikini Ski team parachuting in to help with the short drag back to the road.

Two Hawks, that is how I prefer it done too. :)
I'm going to get Junior out on Saturday and we'll see what happens......He's pretty excited.
