I've researched this some, but haven't come across much. Are there any ordinances that apply to hunting in the Oklahoma City city limits? The small acreage is in the country, but there are a few houses around. Thanks in advance for any information.

If you are inside the city limits you can be assured that there are laws preventing you from hunting in any form. Just my two cents.

Oklahoma City has drawings for duck blinds at Draper Lake and Lake Overholser so I would imagine they have someone involved in hunting regulations. The city limits of Oklahoma City encompasses so much of rural Oklahoma county I doubt they could prohibit all hunting.
I know discharge of shotguns must be at least 600' from homes.
Discharge of other firearms is prohibited. I've never seen any restriction on archery.

OKC city limits are so huge, The sign on the turnpike from Tulsa is WAY out of town. I don't know how they could enforce any kind of firearm hunting law way out there.
