Life is fairly normal over here in southeastern Pike Co., considering what is going on just to the north and west of us. People are going about their business, but remain cautious and vigilant.
I have to admit that I am putting my carry permit to use more when I am outside around the house and when jogging and mtn biking(on the roads, not in the woods ;-)
I sometimes go out and shoot when I feel stressed. In fact I went out tonight to shoot after work today and felt much better especially when the arrow goes right where you are aiming! ;-) But usually I do something a little more physical when I am stressed like go out on the trails, or run or lift weights or shoot some hoops. But I think anything that gets you outdoors and focused on something other than the stressful situation, will help.
