Hows the hunting in Napanee, Ontario?

Hi everyone, I am looking at a piece of property north of Napanee near Roblin. I have hunted south of the 401 in that general area, but never north. How is the deer and duck hunting in general up there? I like the bow only idea of south of the 401, but land and homes seem much more expensive down there. Thanks! Mike
