No. Just on public land, but it's been that way for a while.

It's illegal to kill bear or turkey over bait .

were can I find that on private land in WV you can bait or feed deer in wv? Please help with argument!!!

bait or feed any wildlife on public land between September 1 and December 31 and during the spring gobbler seasons
