So tonight was a great night in the tree. I've had 2 misses already this year on bad luck with twigs so I was a little uneasy hunting a thickish area. That said it was a great night.
Deer were everywhere. Had a young spike grunting and chasing for more than an hour. He had doe moving everywhere. Never did get a shot on a nice fat doe. Couple small ones came close but it was still great. I was so excited just listening to tht young guy's testosterone boiling. His tongue was hanging out he was so spent and kept on going.

Sounds like a fun night! I got little over a week and ill be back in a tree for a couple weeks. Can't wait!
