I won't be buying one but have had more than one case of "the nod" on stand and can see where this might be handy (if it's indeed quiet on the release). I'll agree with the part where it says if the head nods forward, the body tends to follow. Even if you have a harness, "stopping the nod" might be worth it for the wore-out among us.

Also can't argue with this:
