Hello IBA brethren!

It is with great enthusiasm that I inform you that the Archery Trade Association Show (ATA) will be –

once more – back in Indianapolis (January 8 through January 10).

And they want the IBA to support!

The IBA is soliciting volunteers from its membership that would like the opportunity to spend some time

perusing the trade show in return for a few hours of support.

Support opportunities are available for the express pass stations and to hand out goodie bags.

The request is that volunteers commit to working a number of hours at an assigned station in return for

the ability to peruse the trade show floor.

Historically we have attempted to schedule four (4) hour work sessions with four (4) hour free time on

the floor.

Please keep in mind that at all times you will be representing the Indiana Bowhunter Association.

It is paramount that the support duty is fulfilled if you are volunteering.

The initial volunteer scheduling time is tight.

The ATA has requested that we have all volunteer names turned in to them Monday, November 10.

Therefore, if you would like to volunteer to support the ATA show in January, please do the following:

Submit an email to Tommy Smith at [email protected]

• Include your full name

• Include the days you are available to work = Thursday 1/8; Friday 1/9; and / or Saturday 1/10

• Include the times you are available to work = (show times are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

• IF you are submitting on behalf of someone else (son, daughter, etc) please include the

necessary info above.)

It is requested that if you volunteer, you fulfill the obligation.

This opportunity is only available because the IBA has previously performed the support function with

stellar results – and nothing less is expected during this event.

THANK YOU
