Do you think deer are hitting dried standing beans still ? Do deer eat the beans once they are dried ?I know they do in late winter around Dec, but what about now?

Depends on what is available IMO. If your area is anything like ours, the mast crop was super. Deer will not pass up acorns or corn right now for brown beans.
Like you said, later this winter they will come back around to the beans.
