Muzzleloader during shotgun season?

From DEEP site. I tried sending before but IE crashed so there may be a duplicate posting.
Allows the use of a muzzleloader as a lesser hunting implement during the shotgun/rifle season on state and private lands.

Wish they'd allow bow on all state land open to shotgun and ML during those respective seasons.

My son and I will be using the ML during state land gun as well. We did last year too.
