Any recommendations on Bowyer, specifically someone who can replace cam spacers on a Hoyt Carbon Element? Heartland outdoors closed so I don't have one I know.

Most people consider a a "Bowyer" one who builds traditional or primative bows.
I would look at Hoyts website and find an authorized dealer near you.

I've heard it used both ways, just a bow maker no definition specifies traditional. Yes I know the website, duh, looking for recommendations.

Well.... seems that I might have insulted you in some way. Sounds like you have it figured out.

NP razor, been around a long time, heard bow mechanic, bowyer, bow fixer upper, bow this and bow that. I use to do my own repairs but honestly I would rather pay someone who does it full time. At the same time trusting a $1200 bow to a novice is foolhardy.
Thx.

KevinOk, if you're in the Tulsa area Archery Outpost is a Hoyt dealer.
