anyone deer hunt in Putnam ct?

I recently moved out to Putnam unfortunately and am looking around the are close to here for some hunting locations but I haven't had any real good luck or sightings yet. Was just wondering if anyone has hunting in Putnam with more info that I.

I hunt one piece in east putnam on the border of RhodIsland.. There's always a few big boys come out of putnam every year.
