This is a bow-only county buck. How old do you think he is? I'm guessing 3 1/2 but really don't know that much about aging deer beyond 1 year olds.

I have one other pic of him but it is night time, a bad angle, and kinda blurry.

The antlers look like he's probably 3.5 although it would be better to be able to see width. His body is a little tricky, his back and belly are both flat, where his neck meets chest is still distinct. Legs still look pretty long compared to his body.
It's probably 3.5, or a really good 2.5.

LOL Gobbler I was going to say the same things - something about his body says 2.5 but could be 3.5 too. Hard to say but nice deer....

yes that's what I was thinking as well. That's why I wanted to get the opinion of others who would have a better idea than me. I'm hoping he is a 2.5 because if so, he could really blow up into something spectacular if he makes it another year or two. Thanks for the input guys!

I think 3.5 just because of the longer nose and his back, but how do you like the new Tasco cameras do they do alright, and how about night time photos are they real blurry, if the animal is moving? off topic I know just wondering, I know the old ones with flash, you can't beat for the price
