Best area for Bighorn sheep

I've been building PP's for Bighorn sheep in Utah and now have 10 points. I may actually start trying to draw now. I'm looking for advise on areas and if I even have a chance of drawing with 10 points. I've not done any research yet but like always I usually start with bowsite! Thanks much for any info
