If you are part of the hunt, they sent out an Email saying so. I believe also it says it with the post hunt servey they sent out.

130 hunters were issued permits. I can assure you they all didn't hunt. At most when I've hunted there I saw 5 vehicles and maybe saw one when I was actualy hunting and or walking out.
