Iphone Video Flipped...How do I fix it?

I have videos on my Iphone 4 that when I email them to people they are on there sides and hard to see. I fixed the pictures in picture manager but I cant seem to find out how to fix the videos. Any help would be great.

I have no clue why that popped up on here????? I had posted on a thread on the main forums, must be one of those technical glitches we hear about.
