I see that the turkey drawing results are online - has the bear drawing been done also? my sister in law wants to give both a try and applied for this yr, her turkey results say no for zone 4(how is this possible if there are leftover tags), she applied for bear in zone c with 6 pts and that too says no - makes no sense to me

They didn't draw for bear yet.
If she limited herself on time periods it is possible that she wasn't drawn. That means she will have a preference point for next year. She can always buy a tag over the counter for time period 6.
