Elk/Deer in unit 45 north of Pecos NM

This year (2015) the third week of Oct. we are going to hunt Deer on the Cow Creek Ranch in San Miguel county just north of Pecos NM in area 45.Just wondering if anyone has had any experience in that area or that ranch. Not really looking for a trophy but decent.I have been archery hunting Elk up in Rio Arriba County for about 15 years but have never hunted Muley's.I am rifle hunting this year since this my first time there.Anyone have have any insite? Thanks
