Age of Bears

I posted elsewhere a picture of a tooth sample. Thought I would share it with you folks here as well. Since most eagerly await the results. Only to find out most of the time they have screwed this up in a big way. A lot of 2 yr old bears from 250-600lbs taken in WI. According to the results they give us. Pure Hogwash!!

The pic shows what this looks like to them. This was a sow in her 9th year when harvested. By the narrrow lines it can be seen she had cubs in her 5th and 7th years. How can they screw this up!!
