supplemental feeding stations?

I thought I read somewhere a couple years back that this was not allowed in Iowa? I remember it even included backyard wildlife viewing stations?? Im seeing a facebook photos of the Crush's feeding stations and bucks under it and was wondering if it ever became a regulation.

I don't know the rules well enough to be sure, but I do know baiting is illegal during hunting seasons. I think you have to stop feeding like a month before season and you can't hunt that site even during season as there is feed residue there.

I remember readingit and interpreting it to mean my Mom and dad couldnt leave their feeder in their back yard to watch everything-deer,coon,birds,etc.This was 2-3 years ago.

Hunting over bait is illegal. Nothing illegal about putting out supplemental feed unless there is a local ordinance forbidding it.
