Who thinks Sunday hunting should be open statewide. No county votes, this means yes for everyone or no for everyone.

Yes

Yes !

Of course. However, the republicans thought process is that it should be county by county A.K.A. pass the buck. I have never thought that we should vote on civil rights. I can list numerous, NUMEROUS civil rights that would be rejected by voters in WV.

So, unfortunately, we have to attack some more counties and make a statement so obvious that it cannot be denied. However, that will take the work of many people and some massive volunteer labor.

Republicans?

Yes, the leadership of the house and senate chose not to address anything with Sunday hunting and felt it to be better that individual counties decide.

Like the Democrats did years ago? I think you should blame politicians not parties. There would be a whole different argument on here.

So no Sunday hunting again in all counties? If we vote again in all counties we may have less having Sunday hunting than we do now.

No, JR it dosen't mean that. Right now things stay the way they are.

What happenned is that the Legislators decided not to pass a law to open ALL counties to Sunday hunting. So, by doing that it keeps the current system in place.

Just stating the facts of it. I don't care if its republicans or democrats and I'm not here for that. I just expected more for the "working man" this session.

Trust me. I'm vested in this and know exactly what is going on.

YES.

The politics involved in controling Sunday Hunting for years disgusts me. I was hoping things were going to be different now. This session has been confirmation that I am a member of the right party...none of them.

Absolutely yes! It's legal to fish, keep them, kill them, and eat them on Sundays. It's legal to shoot guns, be in the woods, hang stands, ride ATVs like wild animals all over creation, buy a hunting license on Sundays. When they make all things related to hunting and fishing illegal on Sundays, THEN it will make sense to also make illegal the five second time-frame it takes to make the shot on an animal.
