Deer bleeding

This is a serious question. I was out shed hunting today and found where a few different doe's looked like they had blood in there urine. Is that normal? Is this the second rut or is it just there diet?

They ate too many cherries

Is that really what it is?

I see it quite often in the snow here around the house I'm hoping it's where they have been bred during the rut and is spotting from being pregnant only other thing I can figure is they have some what of a cycle like other animals
