I want to thank everyone on the site, who came to my pheasant archery hunt. I think a total of 31 birds out of the 60 roosters I released were taken.....
There was some amazing shooters there, both trad and compound. lots of fun///
I would like to thank Craig Loberger who is on this site, for his generous donations for the door prizes, and the new owner of MA-2 broadheads for his dontations/////
Also lots of contacts made, heck I even might get invited to ND in late October......
Next year I hope both Two Feathers and 10 or better can come,,,,,,
It was a mix of a lot of archers, and we all had fun.....

I will be there next year God willing. Thank you for the invite. Sounds like a great time. Had a commitment to referee basketball that I had to honor. Any pictures, please post.

Jeff I've done that hunt many times. It can be unbelievable if you hit it at the right time. I'm talking thousands of baseball size head mallards dropping in on you at one time. First week of Nov. you get the Canadian flights ahead of a storm and you can accidentally shoot two days limit in one pass. Always hunted cut barley or cut corn never on the water. Just the way I like my duck hunting. Layout-blinds with a Honda briefcase generator and an electric blanket lining your blind to keep you dry and warm. LOL Coldest place on Gods Green Earth. Shoot BB for Mallards because of the wind! Never anything less. 2 dozen decoys and two remote controlled RoboDucks. Always set decoys behind our heads and caught them coming in like Kamikaze's. Total blast! Picture is of late brother in law near Michigan City.
