Yes so for all you guys that do habitat work make sure to allow for maximum low to ground nesting for birds to increase protein intake in your local deer herd.

They are opportunistic, just like bears, fox, coyotes, humans, like many things out there.
I am betting skunks never ate eggs until birds came along and now they are candy!

At Hillside in Sayner, the deer eat more jelly doughnuts than the bear. LOL
