Guillotine for Turkey’s

You guys that have hunted turkey know that they can be tough. I’ve killed several, but had a few get away too. I’ve been considering using a Guillotine-type broadhead, and shoot for the neck. Any of you used them? What kind of results?

Jimmy my buddy in Va used them with his longbow. He swears by them.
