I'm not sure it helps to complain on-line, but in the incredibly small chance it does: Utah, get your act together. There is no reason we apply so early and it takes so long to provide results. Go look at the Wyoming system and copy it.

It's because Don Peay-to-Play has to personally scratch & sniff each precious nonresident LE tag SFW couldn't legislatively steal on behalf of SFW & BGF. Takes the secretary a crowbar to pry them from his fingers to put in an envelope.

1 Archery Deer tag, 1 Muzzy loader Deer tag older son, and 1 Any Weapon Deer tag for second son (He can hunt all three seasons). No LE or OIL tags this year.
