Hello,
Going hunting next weekend between Betrand and Elwood. I am wondering if there are any places in the area to camp? I just camp out of my truck. Any information would be appreciated.

Johnson Lake State Rec area is where you want to stay. Good facilities with electric hookups, showers and local convenience store right next door. Within 10 miles or less from your hunt area. Have fun.

Thanks Steve. Ended up staying at the lake camp ground just south of there. Was nice but rained the whole time.
