First how is this bow hunting related? Well many bow hunters also fish, the fur on this trout looks like an albino deer, the weapon used for both are flexible, and finally there is bowfishing . I could go on with more but I am sure you will all supply some.
Now to the subject, he supposedly caught this on the Menomonie river. Read the linked article.
