Got mine today...#217
No Sunday Hunting on Aquarion....was hoping since it was somewhat private (Permit) it would be allowed.
Oh well.....

19 for me..bro in law 79...area closed on sunday...maybe ur right crow,when i went 6-1 the lady at the desk said it depends on what malloy does..maybe call to make sure

just called..the lady said she wasnt sure but thinks the permits were printed before the law was signed...the guy that would know is on vacation till 7-20..half went out this week,other half next week.

Check your paper work. It says Centennial Watershed "STATE" Forest. Even though it's managed by the water company.

I have not receive mine yet but am not sure I got mine in on time. However, when I inquired about it with Mr Stamos, I told him I was willing to drive there and drop it off but he said not to worry there was still time. So I put it in the mail. I'm still trying to stay posative about receiving one.

I was told that they are checking and making sure everyone returned last year's survey before they get a permit. You are SOL if you didn't.

My Uncle Bob, cousin Pat, and myself all received ours last week. Looking forward to the season, I was fortunate to harvest there last year. Good luck fellas

CWSF is owned by the state of Connecticut, and it is entrusted to Aquarion Water Company for management. Therefore the decision to eliminate Sunday hunting, correctly applied, is imposed by the new law which states that Sunday hunting is allowed only on private property in management zones approved by DEEP.
Time to expand on this young law which opened the door to a new opportunity. I wonder if the law can be amended?

No Sunday hunting at water co until sunday hunting is allowed in both private and public 3-5 years from now.
