New to OK - reasonable $/acre for lease?

So I just moved to OKC and am looking to lease some small tracts of land for bow hunting this fall. I've come across some different opportunities, but really have no clue what a reasonable price per acre is around central Oklahoma. Where I come from in Louisiana, prices range considerably from one part of the state to the next. I don't mind paying the going rate to hunt, but also don't want to lose my shirt for no reason.
Thanks in advance for your responses. If the leases don't work out, I'll be joining the public land warriors.

I've seen or heard of lease prices from $3 to $15 per acre but there are so many variables it's hard to compare apples to apples.
Deer only?
Bow only?
Does owner retain hunting rights for his family and friends?
Electric or water provided?
Is lease for a year or only the hunting season?
I'm guessing but small tracts close to a metro area might be pricey.
