Chattering/sticking cable slide

I recently purchased a Quest G5 Forge Compound bow... have shot 500 arrows and now my cable slide is not smooth and sticks. I have contacted G5 Outdoors to see what they can do for me. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue?
