Next President - who would you vote for?

I find this question like asking someone "So, do you want to be beaten to death with stick, or stabbed to death with small knife?" There's just no winner.
Maybe it's too early to understand their positions, but I like what I heard from Carly Fiorina so far and Ben Carson also made sense. Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are 2 others I would watch in the future.
Your thoughts?
Watch Carson the 2nd amendment.
Besides that - he has my interest
Carson and Fiorina(SP?) look good and I don't mind Trump because he says what he thinks...he may have to tone that down a bit, but what I like about these three specifically (if u haven't already seen the pattern) is that none of these three are career politicians. Its nice to see there can be life without A..hole politicians
Anyone other than Obama :).... But all of the ones mentioned above have my interest as well...Ted Cruz Marco Rubio very polished, Trump loose cannon , Carson def seems like a good human .
It took me 20 years to turn my wife republican. It took Trump one speech to turn her back to democrat.
Once a Democrat always a Democrat! Your fault for marrying one!
I'm highly indipendent on this front, and willing to sacrifice some ideas I like if a person has some things they espouse which really frustrate me.
Watching the debate a couple weeks ago, the rhetoric and incredibly negative lingo was pulling the life force out of me.
If I had to vote today, it would be John Kasich or, gulp, Bernie Sanders. Sanders would have some issues that would bug me, some quite a bit, at least I'd feel like he actually cared about the country and improving it vs some of the guys in the republican debate (avoiding names). It felt like the debate put the republican party in a bad light to me. Hell, I'd say it knocked the republican party back 30 years, but the further back you go, the more amazing the republican party was - those early republican presidents and the party overall, fantastic. Right now...Mostly unimpressed.
So, if I had the current "perfect" ticket that would cause me to vote that way, it would be Kasich President and Carson VP.
Tough batch of candidates to me on all fronts. Just not a person that has me fired up.
in short: #frustrated
Dannel Malloy; why should CT have a monopoly on lunacy?
But seriously,
Scott Walker or Ted Cruz. Both not only talk the talk but have walked the walk.
Bernie Sanders? Points for sincerity but socialism has been a spectacular failure everywhere its been tried throughout history-just look at Greece as a sterling example.
Margaret Thatcher said it best; "the problem with Socialism is eventually you run out of other people's money."
I wish wveryone would just understand our shady govt is nothing more then good cop bad cop. They play for the same team rig the elections so they flip flop their liberal and/or conservative agenda when it comes to law making. By having two seperate partys it pits the citizens like us to be against each other. Instead of revolting we simply say wait until the next election. Its very ingenious of the gobt as they learned from past history. I really wish the citizens would see past the charade but as long as I read this crap on who are you voting for I know that time hasnt come yet. All I got to say is just pick another scumbag and get it over with or better yet dont vote at all. The only reason we have a repub governor here in MA is because I believe its all rigged. No way in hell in this liberal state would a Republican ever win by majority vote! My 2 cents.
The Donald says the right things.. we'll see if he is all hot air. Carson comes across as stand up. Walker has, as someone said, walked the walk.. why not from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave? Cruz and Rubio.. too wishy washy.. feels like they are the establishment's 'conservative' pick that will fold like a cheap suit just like the repubs in Congress. I do admire Bernine for sticking to his principles.. even though they are terribly wrong. If he keeps bothering Clinton he may need to be very careful. No D has a chance in Hades of even getting my consideration.. I'm not a communist/socialist/progressive. Most repubs don't get much past the consideration stage since many are D-lite.
Trump, my favorite democrat.
Walker,Texas ranger..aka chuck Norris..he'll roundhouse the planet untill all the buttheads fall off
I like notme's pick, lol....I think anyone who is not a career politician will be best for us right now, so Trump, Carson or Fiorina.
My choice? Ted Cruz.
If Jeb is the candidate, I don't vote this time.
In my opinion Trump is the one who says what the others dont have the balls to say. He will have to get a cabinet together to def help with his talking perspective. That being said America needs to be taken back and be what it once was...a force to be feared. Sorry for the editorial but we all have our own opinions
Only two will make it to the final election and I'm voting for the one that is not Hillary.
I like Scott Walker so far.
Jim Shockey - Oh wait, he is from Canada. Seriously I won't vote for Hillary or Trump. Wait, how about Tiffany!
I like Mike Huckabee,But I think he is to honest.
Trump's popularity is a clear indication of the people's frustration with career politicians and the lies they let roll off their tongues without a second thought!! They all say one thing before the election and do another afterwards.
Maybe Trump will get the idea across to the others that we're tired of the games and the lies.
What BBB says!! Trump certainly presents the issues that we all know exist, and does so with no concern for the politics of political correctness. I say it's about time the obvious is laid on the table without the soft sell, non committal performance of our career politicians.
They don't lie, they mis speak..and when they do they apologize and the populace goes awwwwwww...mindless panty sniffers!!!
I don't typically follow politics as close as some let alone comment, but the one thing that always enters my mind is how politicians have the worst business sense. Running a state or country is akin in many aspects to running a large corporation and if the CEO has no business sense or is very wasteful with money then the company goes down. I know its not exactly the same and there is a lot more to it, but in many ways it is. This is one of the things that interests me with Trump and the same reason why I voted for Ross Perot (my apologies but I wasn't in favor of anyone at the time). I would like to see how someone totally different would run the country. I will admit that it is kind of scary, but look what we have today.
toby
someone elected today's president (wasn't me, so I'm not saying we elected) with no business or political experience!! So you're 100% correct! Look what we have today. Let's at least get a good business person in office.
.....although that wall Trump plans to build along the Mexican border will cost a pretty penny...lol
I heard he is building one alone the Canadian border too but it will only be 2 feet tall.
We need to make this country great again! Trump.
Ted Nugent, to kick some liberal arse.
No Clinton's, no Bush's; time to move on from status 0. No politicals; Carson, Trump scares me some, but he also scares Putin, Iran, etc, and would probably do the economy some good. Marco Rubio should absolutely be president someday, but I think it is to soon, and he is a career politician.
I like Kasich.. I think a Kasich/Fiorina ticket would be formidable.
I'm voting for "Deez-Nuts".........damn "notme" can't believe I beat you to the punch, lol.
Ben Carson, as a doctor has seen a lot of tragities from firearms. He's very quiet on this and I would like him to come forward and tell us his _true_ feelings ( if a Politian can do that?)
