Does anyone know what townships are able to do regarding restricting hunting on Green Acres property?
It seems like they shouldn't be able to make it non hunting since often if not most of the time the mony the state uses to buy the land come from excise tax on our guns, bows and ammo.
Any lawyers here or people who know a smart lawyer?

all depends on the property , check the contract with green acres , if the land was deed restricted you are out of luck .... talk to the local CO and get his opinion .
