Bowhunting Council of Oklahoma Banquet

The Bowhunting Council of Oklahoma's (BCO) annual Expo and Awards Banquet will be held at the Grady County Fairgrounds in Chickasha, Oklahoma on Saturday, September 12, 2015. You do NOT have to be a member of the BCO to attend any of the events, but we hope you are or will join. There is no charge to attend the day's activities, however there is a charge to attend the evening banquet. I will post a banquet reservation form below. Here is the agenda for the day and evening:

8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Vendor Set Up

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Registration for Banquet

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Seminar by Kreg Griffith - Archer's Rehab – Shoulder Mobility and Stretches

(Please note: seminars may not last the entire scheduled time)

Noon - 2:00 p.m. - Lunch (on your own)

2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Seminar by Southern Plains Taxidermy Preparing Animals for the Taxidermist

4:00 p.m. - ? - General membership business meeting (open to all)

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Vendor take down

6:00 p.m. - ? - Awards Banquet Guest Speaker - Lacey Swope Power Point Presentation on Youth Programs with Colin Berg of ODWC Presentation of Awards Raffle Drawings, Silent Auction & Live Auction

Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for vendors to set up. Banquet registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. There will be seminars, vendors, raffles, a silent auction, and a day and evening full of fun. We will also have a few 3-D targets set up for a prize shoot. Bows and arrows will be provided. The Holiday Inn Express is the host motel. Make your motel reservations by August 27th to get the BCO's discount rate. Be sure and tell them you are with the BCO. There are also several other motels in Chickasha, including a Hampton Inn and a Super 8 Motel.
