My friend and a poster here was putting up a tree stand yesterday in WV. He fell out of the tree and 28 feet later he hit the ground. He was life flighted to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He is a very lucky man, all he got was very bruised up. Please say a few prayers for Bushy, aka Bill Cramer from Pittsburgh. ..

it was pretty far fall. I fell off backwards and bounced off tree. it thru me forward and gave me time to ball up. I impacted my front upper left side, ribs, shoulder, head, and arm. my ribs feel broke but just bruised, wrist is fractured,

Man Bushy.... you're lucky. That's far dude. I fell 16 feet one time and landed flat on my back. Life flighted the whole 9 yards. I can't imagine 28! Hope your recovery is a speedy one bro. Take care.

Feeling better, still pretty banged up though. Went back to work today, did a lot of pointing. Prolly get hard cast on wrist Wed. going to see if Dr. will mold it to grip my longbow. :)

I was in Burgettstown. Went to Weirton Emergency room. If I had to do it again I would have Hitch hiked to Pittsburgh. It's scary down there.
