Settle's Ford

Hello, I asked about Reed Memorial, and it appears that it may get a little crowded. Has anyone hunted Settle's Ford? It is certainly a longer drive, but still doable from Lee's Summit.

Not bad through the week on poor weather days. Perry area south of Concordia is pretty good if you are willing to get away from the road and you have waders.

I have never deer hunted settles ford but I have seen two photos of big bucks killed down there
