Ladder stand on private bordering state

So I went to my state land spot today .... There is a ladder stand in the area I hunt .... It's on private bordering the state .... It looks like a gun set up but could be a x now
I am set up in a climber 150 /200 yards away ....
Too close .... Fine .... Play by ear and see if anyone hunts .... I left my climber on the tree locked to be quiet in the am

Better than finding the ladder on state land hunting over private land. Been there.

More than likely if you are that far away you won't be seen, and if you walk in heel to toe you might not be heard...
