Get Wisconsin tag $160 over the counter gets you a antlerless tag and a buck tag. Then go knock on some doors you will be surprised.

Thanks, have some family in SD I hit up and may plan on giving it a try, I may hit WI as well as first time license buyers get a 50% discount.

Between the DNR, couple hard winters and cwd the WI deer herd sux. Not just saying this to sway you else where but our deer herd sure is not doing well especially in the northern 1/3 of the state. I would be looking at Illinois or one of the Dakotas. jmho
