Trailer - Hunting Cabin

I am a landscape contractor and we wrapped up a job in Greenwich, CT. On the job is a large trailer in very good condition. I have pics if interested. the trailer has one large room and 2 smaller rooms with a bathroom in the middle. the owner is looking to get rid of it as there is no need for it. (served as office during project). it's approximately 60' long. I know he is asking $10k but i'm confident a fair offer and it will go. PM me if interested.
