Yes, 4 months old.
This is one of the more stupid PA. laws in existence, other than spotlighting and trespassing. And no end in sight.
Our signs when entering Pa should read "Welcome to Pa, progressive thinking stops when you enter".

The REPUBLICAN chairman of the House Game and Fish Committee decides whether to give this bill a hearing or not.
He does not support the bill......
There is BIPARTISAN support for the bill on the committee tho.
I think the bill has 36 co-sponsors, which is pretty darned good for any bill in the House. But, the chairman is still the one that decides whether the bill gets a hearing.
