Not a game dinner, but Sporstmen's Night at Laurel High School is usually the last Friday in February and that is not far from you. They have seminars, displays, raffles, etc., always a fun time.
The event is put on by the school's conservation club. The school is located East of New Castle on route 108, just East of the intersection with route 388.
When I get wind of the agenda for this year, I will post some info.
