Brow tines are too small let him go.Only kidding I'd shoot him in a Heart beat.Good luck a 10 this time of year is a great buck, their dropping horns in my neck of the woods. The big one I'm after shed 1 side in the the last picture I have of him.

All bucks look thin after the rut due to all of the chasing, especially when their necks are no longer swollen. By his head, I would say he's relatively young deer, so great potential if he makes another season.
Good luck with him Pat! Let us know how you make out.

BBB - I know, but you'd think he'd be recovered by now, since the "main" rut is over... mild weather, plentiful food, etc.
Agree that by face/shoulders he's on the younger side

looks a little rutted out ( on the skinny side) . go get'em Pat. I was hunting last week and seen a buck decent 5-6 pt chasing and pushing 5 does for 1/2 hour. 2 very big does and 3 tiny does he was pushing the little ones the most in FF county. my buddy shot one of the bigger does and it had 2 sacks inside.

I won't have another chance 'til Tuesday..... I recall hunting in weather like this some years ago, during rifle season... Went for a walk. Had one doe stand up and take a look at me, but I didn't like the backstop. Then I startled a young buck that was cruising the scrape line, but I had just noticed some ice in the bore. Thought better of it!
