VDGIF will now issue citations ( the good kind ) for record fish taken by Bow and Arrow.
From page six of the 2016 regs;
State Record Fish
• Fish that can be legally captured by bow and arrow will now be included for state record recognition under a bow and arrow category

That is Awesome! I love bow fishing and since they are doing this maybe they will add species that we can take.
