WDNR should take notice of the punishment. While they did not hit them hard in the pocketbook, my guess is these two hillbillies don't have any money anyway. Wish they would have gotten jail time. Their "jailhouse friends" would have fun doing what they were apparently doing with the dead deer. Banned in 43 states. Wonder if one of the remaining 7 is Wisconsin.

Actually there are 45 States that are members, Wisconsin joined in 2008.
