Seems like Wisconsin public officials aren't being very forthcoming with information about CWD.
Months pass and we only find out two Eau Claire County deer farm escapees had CWD when a reporter pulls the information out of DATCP.
Don't they think that is information the public would want to know? Don't those people work for all the people in the state of Wisconsin?

Sorry Captain, I didn't ask your permission to say this but again this is about antlers and in my opinion this deer farming will impact us all eventually.

Pasq, you are catching on. Still no merit but at least you label it that way. Sorry I didn't see this earlier, been too busy walking around the Western Hunting Expo show in Salt Lake.
Lots of good stuff here. Tractors, cultipackers, feeders and some really nice fencing materials.

Here is some info on the "Farm-Raised Deer" program. There are two names and numbers at the bottom. Has anyone called either to complain?

Go to maplehillsfarms.net by Gillman and take a look at the bucks. A close friend of mine invested in some does for the genetics and if one produces it will give him a very good return on his investments. He is a national award taxidermist and told me last yr he was watching a TV hunting show in his shop and notice a buck that was killed on the show he already mounted 2x before from the sheds, drug up and trailered in and shot for the show. He said it really sucks how deer hunting has gone that when he gets in a buck that is over 180 he suspects that something unnatural is going on and when two brothers kill 190s on the same day that something is really isn't right, it is all about the money and nothing else.
